World Best Selling Model Ranking in 2026. While the Toyota Corolla secured leadership again, the Tesla Model Y climbs back into 2nd (+65.1%). The Toyota RAV4 dropped from 1st into 6th (-9.4%) but the Toyota Camry emerged into the top 10 offsetting the brand's losses.  

World Best Selling Compact Cars Rankings in 2025. Volkswagen models slow down and report major losses. The Maruti Baleno and the MG 4 impress and secure a spot into the top 10, ranking in 7th and in 10th respectively.

Best Selling Car Manufacturer Ranking In 2026. Stellantis and Suzuki defy the contraction and report gains amidst widespread losses. Geely Group slips 8.4% into 9th while BYD remains out of the top 10 and ranks 11th.

Best Selling Auto Brands Ranking in 2026. Sales slowdown eroded growth rates of most top 10 brands, with Volkswagen in 2nd (10.3%) and BYD in 9th (-30.3%) being impacted the most. Notably, Maruti defied the contraction and surged 10.5% into 10th.

World Car Market Ranking by Country in 2026. India overtakes Japan in 3rd with major gains (+15.6%). Brazil also reports notable gains (+16.8%) while other large markets struggle with broader slowdown (-3.3%). 

World Best Selling Small Car Ranking 2025. The Toyota Yaris and the BYD Seagull stumble at the top, soon to be overtaken by the Renault Clio which climbed 3 spots. The Toyota Yaris Cross grew 8 spots and entered the top 10. 

World Best Selling City Cars Ranking in 2025. The Wuling Hongguang Mini EV stays strong at the top, up by 66.8%. Daihatsu reported the strongest gains, with the Tanto and the Move securing new spots in the top 10. 

World Best Selling Compact Cars Rankings in 2025. The Geely Xingyuan's breakthrough threatens the Toyota Corolla which is going through a downturn at the top. The Xpeng Mona M03 also impressed emerging as new top contender.  

World Best Selling MPV Ranking in 2025. The Toyota Sienna displaced the Maruti Ertiga and became new leader. While the Buick GL8 entered the top 10, the GAC Aion Y dropped 50.7% out of the rankings. 

World Best Selling Midsize Cars Ranking In 2025. The BYD Qin Plus struggles to stay on the podium, losing 19.2% in 3rd. Amidst widespread losses, the leader Toyota Camry stays strong while the BYD Qin L and Seal 06 emerge as new contenders.
